What does "research use only" actually mean?
It means these compounds are supplied as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro and analytical work by qualified personnel. They are not medicines, not supplements, and are not authorised or intended for human or veterinary consumption. We do not provide dosing guidance, and we cannot supply for personal use.
Do you provide a certificate of analysis?
Yes, for every batch. Your CoA includes the HPLC chromatogram and mass spectrometry identity confirmation from an independent testing laboratory, matched to the batch number printed on your vial. We review a current CoA with you during the consultation, before you commit to anything.
Why is only the vial format available?
We currently supply lyophilised powder — freeze-dried under vacuum — in sealed vials, which is the most stable format for transit and long-term storage. Pre-filled pen devices are in development but not yet stocked — you can join the waitlist to be notified.
How should the material be stored?
The sealed vial, which is powder, goes at -20 °C: a freezer, away from light. It keeps for 24 months that way. Once you dissolve it, it moves to a normal fridge at 2–8 °C, and is used within the window stated on its certificate of analysis (CoA). That powder is lyophilised — frozen and dried under vacuum — which is why it lasts so long.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Because a single published number would be wrong for most enquiries. Cost depends on the batch, the quantity, the destination, the cold-chain route and the documentation your institution requires. We review all five in the consultation and send a written quote instead — usually within one business day, with no obligation to proceed.
Where do you ship from, and to?
From our United States operation. Domestic destinations are dispatched on tracked cold chain; international destinations are quoted per consultation, because transit depends on the destination's import rules. Every cross-border shipment carries research-use declarations and a safety data sheet.
How does the consultation work, and does it cost anything?
It is free and carries no obligation. You send a short form describing what the programme needs; our technical team checks batch availability against your specification, works out the route to your address, and replies in writing with availability, batch data, lead time, route and price. Nothing ships and nothing is charged until you accept the quote.
Can you supply bulk or custom quantities?
Yes. For quantities beyond catalog vial sizes, or for compounds not listed at all, describe your specification in the consultation form and we will quote lead time and price. Custom synthesis is available for established research accounts.
Do I need a prescription or licence to enquire?
No prescription is involved because these are not medicines. We do ask you to confirm you are enquiring as a qualified researcher or on behalf of an institution, and we reserve the right to decline any enquiry that appears intended for human use.
What happens if a shipment arrives damaged?
Photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Cold-chain failures and transit damage are replaced at no cost, including reshipment.
Who answers the consultation — is it a medical consultation?
No. It is a technical supply consultation, handled by our supply team. They work on sourcing, verification, documentation and logistics. They are not clinicians, they do not design protocols, and they will not provide dosing or administration guidance for any compound.
