All materials discussed on this site are supplied strictly as laboratory reference materials. They are not drugs, not dietary supplements, and not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any in-vivo application.
1. Research use only
All materials supplied by Basal Bio are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference by qualified personnel. No material discussed on this site is a medicinal product, medical device, dietary supplement, food, or cosmetic. No material is authorised by ANMAT, the FDA, EMA, or any equivalent authority for human or veterinary use.
2. No therapeutic claims
Nothing published on this site should be read as a claim that any compound diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates or prevents any disease or condition. Descriptions of research areas reflect published scientific literature and are provided for scientific reference only. Basal Bio provides no dosing guidance and no administration protocols for human or animal subjects.
3. The consultation is not a medical consultation
The technical supply consultation offered on this site covers sourcing, purity specification, batch documentation, logistics, customs and commercial terms. It is conducted by supply personnel, not by clinicians. It does not constitute medical advice, does not produce a protocol, and does not involve a prescription. Requests for human-use guidance are declined.
4. Purchaser obligations
By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you are a qualified researcher or acting on behalf of a research institution, and that you will handle the material in accordance with applicable laboratory safety regulations. You accept sole responsibility for lawful use, storage and disposal, and for compliance with the import regulations of your jurisdiction.
5. Right of refusal
Basal Bio may decline or cancel any enquiry or order, at any point and without stated reason, where there is indication that material may be intended for human consumption, resale for human consumption, or any application outside laboratory research.
6. Handling and safety
Lyophilised peptides should be handled with appropriate personal protective equipment in a controlled laboratory environment. A safety data sheet is available for every compound on request and accompanies all cross-border shipments.
7. Limitation of liability
Material is supplied without warranty beyond conformity with the accompanying certificate of analysis. Basal Bio accepts no liability for any use of supplied material outside in-vitro laboratory research, nor for any consequence of misuse.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable United States federal and state law. Cross-border supply is further subject to the import and controlled-substance regulations of the destination country, which remain the purchaser's responsibility.
